the only two things that stuck out for me were dustin hoffman’s hair and that this was the second movie in a row where inarticulateness played a major role (bobby’s being like baldwin and miskelly’s.) i think they should have opened up to more settings - it seems the main point of the story is how teach creates realities with his words, and not just going to new settings, but the ellipses created would have expanded on the increasing pressure donny felt. i did enjoy it overall, especially for its lower-key subject compared to heist and spartan.
